Black Screen while Playing PoE 2

Hi there, I have a problem when I alt tab out of PoE.

So when I alt-tab out I have a black screen for like 30-60+ seconds. I'm wondering how or if it's possible to fix.

Hope someone can help me, thanks. This started happening after most recent update.

Specs:

Windows 11 (latest update)
Ryzen 9 5900x 12 cores
GPU AMD 7600rx

Same here it happens every time when i alt-tab
