no/extremly slow response to support ticket about Unauthorized Purchases

Hi,

I’ve been a huge fan of this game for years, but right now, I’m feeling really disappointed. On December 21, 2024, I submitted a support ticket after noticing multiple unauthorized purchases on my account and the linked PayPal account. Several Early Access Key Supporter Packs were bought without my consent.

Over the years, I’ve invested a lot of time and a decent amount of money into this game because I love it. That’s why it’s especially frustrating and, honestly, upsetting to see how my issue is being handled. After sending three follow-up emails over the course of a month, I finally got a response asking for more details. I provided everything they needed right away, but since then—silence. Two weeks have passed, and I still have no update. It has now been well over a month since I first contacted them about this issue.

I never expected to be ignored like this, especially as a loyal supporter of the game. Has anyone else experienced such long delays? Is there any way to get in touch with support more effectively? At this point, I just want to know that my case is being taken seriously and that I still have a chance to get my money back.

I had a very similar experience but they finally got back to me few days ago and processed my refund. I emailed them on Dec 10, they asked for more info on Dec 22nd, and then silence until Feb 6th. Just be patient and don't send more emails because I heard that puts you into back of the queue.
1 month no response they busy negotiating contracts with RMT websites
