Atlas has too many dead ends

Atlas has too many dead ends. I heard that many people run Citadel and encounter a lot, but for me, I encountered too many dead ends. I saw Citadel right in front of me but had to take a detour, and I encountered 5 or 6 dead ends, and I couldn't get through. I could have almost cleared everything in the game, but I only got to 1 citadel; encountering dead ends like this is really annoying.

You could incorporate an item that links disconnected nodes or transforms a regular node into a tower. Alternatively, you could reduce the fragmentation of the continent, alter the algorithm, or have Citadel spawn based on the number of nodes walked. I don't know, but can you make this less annoying?

I second this. I had a citadel right next to me and couldn't get through:



I was fortunate enough to finally find a way around by going in the exact opposite direction first and then back in a large circle, approaching the citadel from the other side.
