POE 2 crashing after GGG logo

Game was working fine 3 days ago and all of a sudden i am getting vk:queue:submit errordevicelost error when trying to launch. I am not even able to get to options to change anything. GGG logo is loading and after that i get this error. I am running windows 10 22H2 version, i have gtx 970, updated all drivers, windows is fully up to date, changed shader cache to 100gb, also switched vulkan/opengl to DXGI, tried poe crush from github, reinstalled poe nothing from the above has helped...

You might try renaming the "\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile 2\poe2_production_Config.ini" file with the game closed, if that hasn't already happened in connection with your other actions.
