Gamepad Controller Chaging Aspect Ratio Please fix this!

When using mouse and keyboard on PC is workinfine but when switching to controller game automatically changes the aspect ratio placing black bars on top and bottom of screen.

this effect is actually a minor issue, the problem is more complex, because the game has stopped supporting the 16:10 monitor format: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3717386
