Same!
I can't play with my native resolution after game update (2560x1600).
First, after starting the screen becomes wide (cuts off the top and bottom in fullscreen), and then switches to full HD (1980 x 1080) with height scaling to 1600 (the image is stretched) and in the graphics settings there are no resolutions higher than full HD on the selection list.
Manually setting 2600 x 1600 in the configuration file works only for a moment after starting (but marked as custom settings).
The problem is bigger when using the xbox controller. Using the keyboard/mouse, the screen works correctly until the window is switched (Alt+Tab). After returning to the game window, it is the same - switching to full HD without the higher resolution option in the game settings, and additionally changing from full screen to windowed.
I updated the drivers - it did not help.
NVIDIA RTX3070
Windows 10 64bit
There were no such problems before today's patch.

Edit 2: As posted further below, I do experience black bars in 16:10 as soon as I enable controller mode on PC.
Original message:
I normally play at 4K, but I tested use of 16:10 against my 1920x1200 monitors and this is still supported without any issues.
1920x1200 (defaulted) and 1200x1920 resolutions remained available and remained correctly applied in fullscreen, borderless, and windowed modes. The native resolution was correctly applied when restarting the game.
There was no 2560x1600 resolution option visible to me.
Am using an AMD rx480 gpu in Windows 11 Pro.
Edited to add:
I am using used WASD/keyboard & mouse on PC.
I double-checked that ALT-tabbing in all window modes also retained the correct native 16:10 resolution for those 1920x1200 monitors.
I did have a separate alt-tab error where after restoring the game back to my main monitor (and saving the changes), alt-tab caused the game to get thrown back to the secondary monitor. POE2 does still have some general graphics handling issues that occur under certain circumstances; another for me being that clicking during the initial game start and patch check process can sometimes cause the entire game to offset on the screen based on that cursor position. :P

16:10 is no longer working on my steam deck since the 0.1.1c update. Do you by chance use a controller? When I first load the game it looks like it is loaded in 16:10 then as soon as I press an input on my steam deck the game detects I’m using a controller and goes to 16:9

Same for me! My 2560x1600 resolution on my Legion Go doesn't work anymore. I get a big vertical black bar. After 117 hours of gaming without issues, that's a bummer.

Confirmed I also see this happen only when I enable controller mode (on PC).
My display resolution remains set to 1920x1200, but when I switch to controller mode and enter town on a character I have black bars below and above the game.
The bars even appear in Windowed mode.
The problem does not occur when I run the game on my native 4K display in controller mode.

Im glad it's not just me. But no matter what I do it feels awful looking at the screen with everything magnifying. Except for the monster mods under the HUD. For some reason those letters are so tiny and barely readable.

it's even worse:
- after the game automatically sets itself to full HD, every few minutes the screen goes black (the card tries to switch the screen)
- after turning the monitor off and on, it does the same as in the screenshots - the image is resized to strange sizes:
- you can't choose the resolution:
my native resolution is 2560x1600
and game is switching it to 1920x1080 automaticaly

Having the same issue. Issue seems to happen when my controller is detected by my PC.
very annoying, seems to be affecting my games performance too as it is significantly worse in maps.
