Account Locked Issues Should Be A Priority
As like many in the forums, accounts are locked for weeks. For some, it has been months.
Your paid customers are inaccessible to the product, they paid for and you are simply saying, we don't have time nor resource to sort out, so just wait indefinitely is not the answer.
