Fresh Clip Support counts swapping other support gems as reloading, huge damage exploit

Swapping out other damage supports while a crossbow skill is supported by "Fresh Clip" counts as reloading the skill. This drains mana for some reason as well. My regular tooltip DPS is ~50k, and I was easily able to push this to 250k+ just by swapping gems in and out quickly.

I tested this on a boss fight and it seems to me that the damage is not just a tooltip bug, it does in fact multiply the damage.

This is by all accounts an unintended interaction and could be abused to kill pinnacle bosses close to instantly.
