Accessing citadels

I have been chasing citadels for a few days, and thre is one thing that is driving me nuts. I actually even wonder if this inteneded, tell me if this happens to you or not.

So, when I find a beam, I usually get to it. Every time though, there is only a few links to get to it. so you basiaclly start etting towards it, do several maps to get to it, and then... no, there is no path, you have to go AAAALLLLLLL the way around. This is really deinving me nuts, I feel like someone shows me carrot with a stick, and just before getting it, tells me "ah hm, actually... no, not yet".

Don't get me wrong, I totally get that players should not be able to spamm citadels 20 times a day, yet I don't get why it's done this way, it's simply frustrating.

So my first question is: is this happenign to you too or am I having a bug?
And second question: anyone else finds this highly frusrtating?

It's not really a bug; it happens from time to time due to random pathing generation.

Worst is when the citadel is COMPLETELY cut off. Sometimes, but rarely, there is no way of getting to certain Atlas areas. This is the biggest issue, and GGG needs to find a way to remedy it.

I think the easiest fix is to provide a means of hopping between pathless nodes. Once per day, Doryani could provide a such a service. There would need to be a hard limit, else it would be abused, but once per day seems fair.
