no waypoints on act 3 normal / no icons - act 3 cruiel all fine

Travel to Ziggurat Encampment, then to Gateway, this will take you to the beginning of Act 4 in Riverbank. Now the portals on the Act 3 map are already open. But you will have to run to Clearfell Encampment and use a stationary portal, since the player's own portal will send you back to the past of Act 3.
