Some error with ritual and sehem

I apologize in advance for the text, as I am using a translator
I play on PC via Steam using 2 gamepads. We are playing the game together with my girlfriend. Actually, we discovered several problems with the following activities:
1) Ritual: after clearing, there is no way to use league currency to receive any rewards, items simply do not go into inventory, and there is also no way to change the assortment.
2) Test of sekhem, if you fail the test after spending all the honor, then the game does not offer any further actions, there is no way to return to the beginning / go to the hideout / or any other option that returns the opportunity to continue the game. The only option in this case is to exit to the main menu of the game.
If necessary, I can take a few screenshots when I encounter the problems described above again.
