Unable to enter Trial of Chaos (Bug Report ID: #821665676)

After 7 straight waves of the worst possible options i was unfortunately backed into a corner and died to the wave seven boss and i'm unable to cancel that trial and re enter a new one. i have logged out and restarted my client yet i am still unable to open a new temple offering (inscribed ultimatum).

I dont understand why i personally have so many issues with trials of chaos and trials of sekhemas please advise on how i can give aditional technical feedback as 25% of my trials of chaos bug out or have issues and i have still never made it to the final boss in the trial of sekhemas due to the same bugged gauntlet trial four times now.
