Crossbow - Quarterstaff bug

I just discovered this bug. In video you can see how you can enter this bugged state.

All you have to do is: while using a skill like Tempest Flurry shoot your Crossbow. Switching Ammunation while performing Tempest Flurry does not proc the bug.
