Vaal Factory Unkillable Rare Monster

Last rare monster on the Vaal Factory map was untargetable, which also means the map could not be completed.

This same rare has started appearing in other maps in the same state, making them impossible to complete as well. AOE/Direct damage abilities all fail to damage them, but they can always damage your character.

I have tried to purposely die to re-do the map, but this guy ends up spawning again bugged every time. Ends paths in the Atlas till fixed unfortunately.
