I can't start "Trial of the Sekhemas"

I'm playing on the "Frankfurt" server, but when I teleport to the "Trial of the Sekhemas" in Act 2, it transfers me to the "Hong Kong" server, and the trial pedestal is unusable. I can't start "Trial of the Sekhemas"
