Omen of Amelioration && Omen of Resurgence Combo Causes Amelioration not to take effect on death

As a squishy, I've been running with Resurgence and Amelioration omens to try to counteract the xp loss.

I have found up to now that Resurgence has saved my bacon a number of times -- it's given me a chance to slam my potion and roll out of danger, as it were.

I just now died in a map. My omen of Resurgence went off (I got dropped below low life, then got hit again twice and died). My omen of Amelioration is still in my inventory, and I lost 10% exp instead of 2.5% as I should have.

We should absolutely be able to run with multiple layers of defense against death like this and have them all work properly. It looks to me like you might have a race condition between these two going off, or some sort of condition that is blocking the Amelioration triggering so soon after Resurgence.

Either way, as a player I would expect that in this situation I just went through:

1) My Resurgence went off to try to protect me from low life
2) My Amelioration went off to protect me from the worst exp debt upon death.

Instead:

1) My Resurgence went off to try to protect me from low life
2) My Amelioration did nothing and I suffered the maximum xp penalty on death

The issue is that non-crafting omens are limited to consuming a single omen per instance. The game is designed to not allow both effects to occur.

- Omens must be activated in your inventory in order for them to trigger.

- Only one non-crafting omen may be triggered and consumed in a zone / an instance.

- Aside from related crafting omens, only one omen may usually be active at any one time and activating a second omen may deactivate the first. Even if multiple are active, only one non-crafting omen will trigger.
