Animation lag

So a weird bug I've noticed might be very specific when using flicker strike and tempest flurry after you come out of flicker tempest lags the animation slows down to about 1 % attack speed and the speed you get with the "lunge" also goes down idk if its just me tried checking the ping while it happens and its fine
