help with stupid trade site

The problem is that I cannot trade on this site, I cannot trade beacuse every time I got to press the direct whisper button a red message pops up in the middle bottom of the screen saying Invalid query your account has to be in-game to use this feature. I ask of you to fix this pls, I like the website but wish I could acctuly use it. everytinme I find a piece of Armour or a weapon I want I can get it beacuse of Invalid query your account has to be in-game to use this feature, also could I get EDRYN"S TUSKS its body Armour? I found the best deal for on the website and now I cant find it, it was 298 Armour with a 159% Armour increase 50% chance for bleed on hit, 50% chance reduced slowing potency of debuffs on you, and 16-27 physical thorns damage. its item lvl is 13, it requires: lvl ll, 24 STR. its price they were selling it for is 1x Regal orb, Their user in VandoVR4U, I already tried to manually whisper in the chat and it dose not work beacuse it says this player dose not exists, yet he posted this 3 days ago. If you cant fix the site at least get me the Armour pls. This is about the PATH OF EXILE 2 trade website, my name in path of exile 2 is oOoWOLFHUNTERoOo, my same one but with the numbers is oOoWOLFHUNTERoOo#0869. I have never made a path of exile one account. I do wish to see my Armour in my inventory or my stash or the guild stash, or friend request me so we can trade for the Armour, pls I want the site fixed or my armour.
