Singapore Server constant lag spikes 300MS to 4000MS

I reside in Singapore and when logging in, it shows 2ms as the latency, however when in game, the lag spike starts right away non-stop.

My previous average latency in game for Singapore Server since DEC 2024 was between 2ms to 4ms but today 3rd Feb 2025, this lag spike doesn't go away. I tried Hong Kong Server, which has 35ms to 40ms latency but does not spike at all.

Already tried resintalled game, restarted my PC and router and Fiber modem.

Just an update, looks like the Singapore gateway/server has been fixed already. Average latency are back to 4ms to 6ms.
