Stuck at Penitentiary Map (Waystone)

Got stuck here when using the waypoint to get back to the start



I lost my Level 16 waystone because I couldn’t get unstuck. I tried using the /oos command, but nothing worked.

If the game is going to be so punishing with deaths, losing waystones, XP loss, and the like, then the fairest approach would be for the developers to compensate players for these unfair losses. Given this, I believe I should be compensated with my Level 16 waystone, as well as my corrupted, level-up, and delirium waypoints.
