Getting an error when trying to join Pohx's private legaue

The private league https://www.pathofexile.com/private-leagues/league/Settlers+Restart+xdd+Thanks+GGG shows 26,755 / 30,000 players but I can't join. I had previously joined but I was getting an error, so I left to see if that would fix things, but it didn't.

The error I'm seeing says "There were problems joining the private league: Settlers Restart xdd Thanks GGG (PL53068). Please contact the private league owner or officers."

I've tried contacting them without success.

Any ideas?
