Suddenly Unable To Pick Up Any Items in Mesa Map

The first time I've experienced this in 160 hours. I was running a T14 Mesa tower and I did a strongbox and afterwards I was unable to interact with anything on the ground (the strongbox dropped a divine and quite a few Orbs of Augmentation). I play with controller on PC but the "A" button would only execute the skill and did not allow picking up any items.

Later I killed a rare (it's health bar was zero) but its health bar did not disappear from the screen until I walked away.

I continued on with the map to the end and the "A" button was available to activate the tower, and I was able to go back up and pick up the items I had left on the ground.

I then went to find the remaining rares and the issue happened again but then seemed to resolve by itself.

Strange!
