Still unable to purchase supporter pack upgrade

I have tried using multiple devices (PC & iOS device), multiple browsers (Edge & Safari), and multiple forms of payment (CC & PayPal) to purchase the $70 upgrade pack, but it keeps failing. I sent an email with a screenshot of one of the failures, but haven't heard back--so, posting here in hopes that someone @ GGG sees it.
