Legacy of the Vaal not completing

after killing Ketzuli, the high priest I used a town portal after clicking on alva. As I teleported out before the cutscene played the quest didn't progress, and when I went back I couldn't walk into the center, or see Alva. It fixes itself upon resetting instance and redoing the area.
