Elevator won't come up in Ultimatum

I blinked next to the elevator in Ultimatum while clearing a room and it let me get up there and trigger something I should not have. Now the sequence looks broken and the switch is off to trigger the elevator. I can't keep going in the Ultimatum now. See the url for video
