Djinn Barya

Hi while i was exping i did first kill on the boss which dropping the green DJIN BARYA but i accidentaly drop it cuz i dropping some useless item on ground, now i cant tp to sekemahas even thru my friend i dont ahve statement to tp there i try to kill it again but boss didnt give me another green once so i cant go sekehamas cuz i cannot talk with this lady in adura caravan, can i get new one? or is there any way i can reach tribe of sekehamas?
