Acolyte's Penance armour, enabling microtransaction tiers

Hello.

The Acolyte's Penance armour set is great for a gore and blood aesthetic inspired slayer. The armor set is able to look like it has blood all over it. I'd like to think, as a slayer, the blood of my enemies. But it only shows when low on hp. Now, this never happens. I'm leeching constantly, but i want my character to look as if he has blood all on his armour, the whole reason i bought the supporter pack, for my blood and gore slayer.

Is there a way we can enable microtransaction tiers on this armor set, like many other cosmetic items? So we can choose to have basically clean armor, and bloody armor?

Bloodsoaked character effect works for this although I totally forget where it comes from and doesn't appear to be a store item.
