Game crashes every time trying to log into character at Traitor's Passage

After getting my first twink stuck at Traitor's Passage and releveling a new one I now have 2 twinks that are stuck at Traitor's Passage right in front of the Balbala boss room. When I got there the game lagged and crashed. Now when I try to log in to either of those characters the game goes into loading screen for a couple seconds before crashing back to desktop.

I can load into my other characters fine. Anyone know a fix for this?
