POE2 | 4X Frame Gen & FSR 3.1 for AMD GPU | 2X Frame Gen for NVIDIA RTX 1/2/3

Not all of us have an RTX 5000 series to enjoy 4X frame generation, but there's already a mod that enables FSR 3.1 for both AMD and older NVIDIA GPUs!

I'm using an R5 5600 + RTX 6650XT, and the default in-game FSR performance is a disaster—everything looks blurry and ugly. But after testing the OptiScaler mod, I saw a 4X FPS boost using FSR 3.1 + AFMF2! Nvidia gpu can also be benefit from this mod too.

There is an alternative app called loseless scaling 3, it doesn't work as good as this mod in my experience.

thx a lot. I got 12600K and 6650xt too @ 2560x1080. FSR 1 is a joke, hopefully 3.1 will look better, going to try it out later.

I hope we get FSR 4.0 support officially soon, DLSS makes the game look prettier, and I am willing to buy a 9070 given FSR4 is really close in quality.
