Not able to leave Clearfell Encampment

I switched to a different character that just reached the Clearfell Encampment, but was not able to travel through the door to Clearfell. Reloading the area by going to hideout and restarting the game did not fix the issue.

The only work around I found was to have someone join me then go through the door then I teleport to them. Going through the door the opposite way works.

Other locations do not seem to have this issue.

I had used the uncut skill gem already. I got the Encampment used the skill gem switched to my main to do a map, then logged off. Today started on main character, then switched to the second character and couldn't leave, no skill gem in inventory or low enough level one to be used from my stash.

While it does sound like something to do with the tutorial requirement, if you elect to "Skip Tutorials" this block should allegedly no longer occur after a change in Patch 0.1.1 from Jan 16th:

Not sure why you are having this problem if you received the skill gem from Renly and used it.

If you check you quest state (e.g. on the right side of the map), do you still show the first quest "Reaching Clearfell" as completed?
