Glitched Apex of Filth map

Hi All,

I was leveling my new character and I am in normal Act 3 Apex of Filth map, in the last portion of the map I found out that the layout is glitched.

I tried to go to other maps in other acts (Ex: Clearfel) and killed one map boss and went back using waypoint in the town hoping I will get a new instance and it did not work.

I logged-on my other character and did a whole end-game map and came back, still it did not make a new instance.

Please inform me of a way to fix this issue, my leveling is halted and there is not a clear way for me to progress now.

Edit: The instance got reset after spending sometime on another character, hope this does not happen again.
