Can't Get Into Game Anymore

A few days ago, I updated my graphic cards to latest driver. After I did so, I began playing and was experiencing bad FPS drops. Actually nothing too unusual as my computer really isn’t good enough for this game.

I tried switching to Vulkan and ever since, I cannot open the game anymore. I get the error you see in the photo. I have no way to change the graphic settings since I cannot get into the game. Any way to resolve this without reinstalling the entire game?
