boss atlas points

Hey, i dont know if its bugged or what, but i killed boss lvl 79 and got book for 2 points to the boss tree. Then i skipped lvl 80 and 81 and killed boss lvl 82 and got book again. But now when im killing boss lvl 80/81 i dont get more books for the boss tree (i have allocated the points in tree but i have 4/10 and dont know what to do)
