Breach splinters/ Warrior bug

I've completed the campaign on my warrior and for some reason when I do breach in any map I don't drop breach splinters, but I do breach catalyst. Even when I open clasped hands and the breach lord's hands, they won't drop breach splinters. I'm not sure what to do. Also, my warrior is level 71 and has 6 ascendancy points out of 8. Please reach out if there is anything I can do to fix this issue without having to make a new character.
