+lightning skill level on wand and focus stopped working

put a chimng staff on secondary to see about sigil of power. Big mistake because now my +skill levels do not register on any of my gear. sigh. please respond, thanks i guess.

nvm, youhave to manually weapon swap, at least on ps5. because binding a certain spell to a certain weapon would make too much sense.
