Trial of Sekhemas - Can't interract with Relic ALtar

Hello, i think i'm experiencing instance bug. I teleported someone else's Trial to trade an item (their server was far far away from me i was getting 250+ ms) now i can't interract with Relic altar i cant create a new instance and current instance doesn't close whatever i tried. Please help :(

edit whenever i teleport to ToS i'm getting 250+ therefore i think i'm still joining to instance where i was trying to trade an item
