Bug Report ID: #3014949446 (ghost passive skills)

I have zero passive points left but somehow I managed to add extra 18 points in the tree.

They don't seem to affect my build (ie I added dex but there is no extra DEX added to the build). No matter what weapon set I have selected.
They cost money to refund.

I have recorded a video where is the best place to upload that?
