Crossbow "Attack" Delay Still Persists

From around 10s mark. Holding in "fire" (R2 as mapped on my controller) shows the input and nothing happening. It's happened multiple times today alone. Delay can be anywhere between 1-2s, which isn't acceptable.
This has nothing to do with "spamming" per patch notes, and I'd already said this in a prior post. The entire mechanic needs reviewed. This happens just when holding the fire button alone - in the video, it's released and pressed once, resulting in that delay shown.

Crossbow is Honour Core Expert Varnished Crossbow, reload time of 0.8s, not including having spec'd into reloading through instant reload/jewel mods, so is obviously a programming issue.

Reload time is not a shown stat in the Advanced Info section of the skills, so I can't provide exact numbers. A suggestion would be to include this going forward.
