Ring estimation (34% rarity+ 7-14 cold damage, 22% cold damage, +15% all rest)

Hi guys,

Never found anything worthy, but I just crafted a pretty good ring, I think.

34% rarity
7-12 cold damage
22% cold damage
15% all res
27% cold res
40 mana /enemy kill

Checked the trading site, should worth something between 10 to... A lot of divs.

What's your opinion?

I don't see how it would be worth divs.
