Been scammed by an error of the game.

Hello.

So i have been looking to buy myself an Astramentis Stellar Amulet.

I chose to buy one from the site that if it is unidentified its called Stellar Amulet.

Now the problem is the guy in game put me a Stellar amulet that once identified became a Strugglescream amulet ( it has same picture, same implicit ). Now this I would say it has to be a GGG issue because it is impossible to make a difference between them.

Is there any chance GGG will refund me the divs I got scammed ? On the search page I did write Astramentis and only came 2 of them unidentified, if you search Strugglescream unidentified you find them separate so it wasn't a mistake. Just a scam done that I couldn't have avoided since u can't tell the difference of whats in the trade inventory.
