Twisted Domain Bug - No Spawns?

Hello!

I used a breach stone (worth 200+ EX) to travel to the Twisted Domain, walked through the breach hand - the timer started running down but nothing spawned? I got through the whole map to this ledge, the mini map shows it should continue but I can't walk past it?

I've portalled out and back in, still nothing. I've closed the game, restarted and re-entered and still nothing.

Am I missing something or have I just been totally screwed out of 200+ ex?
