Flicker Strike bug - un-interactable mobs that haven't "risen" yet.

Sometimes when flicker strike gets a little off the rails, it will bug something that makes enemies who "rise" with close encounters (like the golems or big totem guys that are asleep) become basically noclipped.

The only way to "reacquire" them is to teleport out and back in.
