No citdaels

Finished T15 quest and yet I cannot continue the game since no citadel spawned.
There is no citadel, there is no "beam" from a citadel anywhere on the atlas map. Did the game just soft lock me out? Last bumped on Feb 1, 2025, 5:55:53 PM

beams only show when you get about 1 screen away, just keep heading in one direction and they will appear soon
