GGG - Please Acknowledge Server Latency Spikes

It's not in the known issues thread.

It's not been addressed except as a "feature" (game pauses on server latency spike): https://www.reddit.com/r/PathOfExile2/comments/1h54maj/twitch_jonathan_says_that_game_pauses_when_you/

"Edit your config file to use predictive/hybrid instead of auto" networking. -- doesn't work.

"Change servers" -- doesn't work.

"Refresh your map several times" -- doesn't work.

Only thing I've found that works is playing at 2am when no one else is on the server.

Crickets from the people in charge isn't helping user confidence. Please let us know that you're aware and working on it.
