Please help me get through the PC Shutdowns..(details in)

Hello,i was having PC shutdowns at the beggining of the game with my new build,i assumed it was the old psu i kept so i bought a new one the rm850x gold.
I played without a problem until now,the pc shutdowns started again..
Especially when im breaching!

Facts
: No temp issues
: all stress tests passed without a problem
: only in poe2 happens

What ive tried
: DDU GPU
: All bios versions
: Windows clean install x2
: New GPU
: XMP off
: New PSU

My PC : Ryzen 5700x3d//RX 7600 Sapphire pulse 8gb//32 GB ram PV432G320C6K//duo sports fan 34 //gigabyte b550 aorus elite v2 1.2 bios version fGd

And still the problem insists,i cant play anymore,i give up until someone helps me.
Also i checked the event viewer and i saw DCOM permissions problems,i also followed microsoft's tech's guides and still the problem is there.

Please i beg you someone from GGG or a real tech to guide me cause im out of options.
