Trial of the sekhemas Test of Will performance issues.

I'm consistently experiencing large FPS drops in the trial of sekhemas second part, hourglass trials. I have a consistent FPS on 144 in all other areas. Once the monsters start spawning FPS will be at around 30-40 until the timer ends.
