can't finish campaign

hello everyone.

I lvlup un alt and just finished the campaign (act 3 cruel). i wanted to start doing maps, but it says i can't because " you cannot acces engame content until you have completed the campaign"

i checked all the qests and i finished all the side quests, but nothing changed.
i also noticed that ignakduck is not grey on the map, although i killed her 2 times.
so here i am stuck in front the map ddevice :D

anyone having this issue?
