King of the Mist in Act 1

King of the Mist is acting crazy in act 1 at the moment. I've probably fought him at least 20 times and have never seen this before. He is nonstop spamming his abilities, especially his teleport. Teleporting every 2 seconds and nearly impossible to hit. Spamming his AOE melee ability much faster than usual. There is definitely something up.
