Kabala Relics - Can't insert the relics - "Slot" disapears

With 3 characters I didn't have any problem.
This time (after patches) the "slot" where I need to put relics disapers when I move mouse from it. And when I move mouse while holidng a relic, the slot doesn't apear again.

I reloaded the instance it didn't change.
I had to hold "alt" (the highlighting) for the slot to not disapear.
