Broken Skill Gem -- Reference ID: 1643 9868 03

For some reason all of a sudden my lvl 21 Tempest Flurry couldnt be equipped on my hotkey bar and wasnt showing the correct information in the tooltip. I have been running 2 versions of this gem for about an hour, my main one was fine it had all the supports in it, but when i tried to switch to the higher level i couldn't assign it.

I tested all kinds of different level tempest flurry and even increased to 3 equipped at once to test, all worked fine except the lvl 21. I logged out to char selection, I rebooted the game entirely, still experiencing the same behavior.

Here you can see only one tempest flurry is available to assign, its the lvl 16.

I was told equipping the gem on another character may resolve the issue, so I did that on my alt. It worked fine for them, but still does not work on my main.
